(1) The Ministry of Education may send a written notice to the universities and other educational institutions of Nepal that provide scholarships to conduct scholarship-related examinations.

(2) According to sub-rule (1) If so, such universities and other educational institutions may conduct the examination at the time specified by the Ministry of Education or conduct the same examination for the purpose of scholarship when taking the entrance examination for the admission of students in their university or educational institution at that time. But not more than one exam can be conducted in one subject for one academic session.
