(1) In the quota of scholarships received by the Nepali Army for study in the country or abroad on topics useful and necessary for the group of military professional services, they can be selected by the board appointed by the Nepali Army and sent for study with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Candidates selected according to the scholarship quota received in various categories of technical service, MBBS, B.D.S., B.Pharmacy, B.E., B.Tech. etc. from the date of passing the examination, the post of commissioner can be granted in the temporary technical sub-commissioner post and after registration in the relevant subject council recognized by the Government of Nepal, the commissioner post can be provided in the technical sub-commissioner rank.
(3) A person who has been selected as an authorized cadet and has gone to study subjects under technical service on scholarship can receive a double pension in technical service for the period from the date of selection as an authorized cadet only for the purpose of pension. (4) In accordance with this rule, the person selected for the scholarship received for the study should be filled up by the committee when recommending permanent appointment to the vacant post of the military service after completing the procedure to be followed for filling up the post through open competition.
