(1) There will be a hostel committee (hereinafter referred to as "the committee") with a chairman and members nominated by the Government of Nepal for the arrangement and operation of the hostel. (2) It shall be the duty of the committee to make necessary arrangements for the arrangement and operation of the hostel.
