(1) In the event that the process of canceling the identity card obtained by a person has been started in accordance with Section 13, until the process is completed the use of the identity card will not be allowed.
(2) If it is found that the identity card will be maintained by the action according to sub-section (1), arrangements will be made to keep the record of the investigation only in the database.
