(1) According to Section 3 of the Act, a person who wants to operate a printing house shall submit an application to the local authority in the format as per Schedule-1.
(2) After receiving the application as per sub-rule (1), the local authority shall issue a certificate to the applicant to operate the printing house after receiving a deposit of one thousand rupees.
(3) After giving the certificate as per sub-rule (2), the local authority shall enter the details related to the printing house in the registration book as per Schedule-3.
