Before the commencement of this Act, cases filed before any court or authority other than the Supreme Court, regarding the transfer of the rights of farmers and landowners of vacant land pending commencement of this Act, shall be established under Section 7 after the commencement of this Act. will move to the court and will be prosecuted and removed from the designated court.
