(1) The Government of Nepal may partially or fully waive the registration fee charged in accordance with the prevailing law for the sale of housing units by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, partially or fully exempt the taxes, duties and duties levied in accordance with the prevailing laws in connection with the operation of joint housing buildings.
