Regardless of what is written in the existing law, a person who has obtained membership of any military aviation team or has government-recognized flying experience and technical knowledge in non-military aviation or has passed any special examination prescribed by the Government of Nepal. In this regard, the Government of Nepal may give exemptions to some of the qualifications required for air service operation license, rating or other certificates, considering their technical knowledge and ability.
