(1) No provision shall be made to limit the exemptions, facilities or concessions provided in accordance with this Act and the prevailing laws to the industries registered and operating at the time of commencement of this Act.
(2) The industries operating under the Industrial Business Act, 2049, which existed immediately before the commencement of this Act, obtained permission or registered, in the case of exemptions, facilities or concessions for a limited period according to that Act, in accordance with the same Act and in the case of discounts, facilities or concessions for an indefinite period, Will get discounts, facilities or concessions according to the law.
(3) Industries registered or licensed before the commencement of this Act, but which have started commercial production or business only after the commencement of this Act, shall be entitled to exemptions, facilities or concessions as per this Act. However, if the period of exemption, facility or concession provided by this Act is longer than the exemption, facility or concession provided by this Act or if such exemption, facility or concession is not granted in accordance with this Act, then immediately Discounts, facilities or concessions according to prevailing industrial business laws will be given.
