Section 12
To maintain separate accounts
(1) A separate account shall be maintained for each social security scheme.
(2) The amount in the account of one security scheme cannot be used for another security scheme.
(3) The amount to be deposited in the account as per sub-section (1), the expenses to be incurred, the operation of the account and other arrangements shall be as prescribed.
