Section 28
A separate procedure may be prescribed
Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the Commission shall prepare the electoral rolls for the election of the President, Vice President and members of the National Assembly subject to the provisions of Articles 62 and 86 of the Constitution. The commission may determine a separate procedure for collecting and updating such voter list.
