Claiming that an infant without paternity or maternal address is his son or daughter must be done within two years from the date of birth or identification of such infant.
(2) Claiming the paternity of a child born without a paternity address should be done within two years from the date of birth of such child. But the claim cannot be made after the death of such a child.
