. In order to register such land in one's name, an application should be submitted to the goods or goods office of the respective district, revealing the name, surname, country, crop, and tiro.
(2) After receiving the application as per sub-section (1), when the goods or cargo office carries out the necessary checks on the said application, if it is found that the mentioned land has been registered in the name of the applicant or is not the land under the Rajguthi, but the land of the previous owner to be registered in the name of the applicant, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette. Such land should be registered in his name after taking the prescribed fees and duties.
