(1) Within the time limit set by the designated officer after this Act is enacted, the landowner shall disclose the following details of the land that he has earned and the farmer has retained his earnings, and shall also include a copy of the original proof of possession of the said officer. The statement should be submitted and if the farmer does not get the receipt or other documentary evidence, the reason should also be explained in the statement -
(a) Name, Surname, Nationality and Citizenship of Landowners and Cultivators,
(b) the district in which the land is located, Tappa or Praganna, Mauza and
(c) The area of the land including charqilla and bigaha, katha and dhur.
(2) If only one of the landowners and farmers submits the details as per sub-section (1), the designated authority within seven days from the expiry date of that sub-section The notice should be published as prescribed to reveal all the details of that statement.
(3) Any of the landowners and farmers must submit the statement as per sub-section (1) within fifteen days from the date of publication of the notice as per sub-section (2). If it is not submitted, the details submitted by the other party will be considered irrefutable evidence against the party that did not submit the details, and the party that did not submit the details will not have any complaint or claim based on the fact that the details submitted are false or that any evidence related to it has been forged or fabricated. However, if it is proven that the landowner did not allow the farmer to submit the statement by showing fear or under any kind of coercion, nothing in this subsection shall apply.
(4) Published as per subsection (2) A person who is not satisfied with any aspect of the notice may file a complaint with the designated authority within twenty-one days from the date of publication of the said notice along with the supporting evidence that he has and if there is a dispute regarding the transfer of rights in relation to any land, the said authority shall submit the evidence obtained in accordance with this sub-section and sub-section (1) Also, the related missile document should be sent to the court appointed by the Government of Nepal in accordance with section 7 for the sake of justice.
However, if the person who is required to submit the details according to sub-section (1) does not submit it within the period specified in that sub-section or sub-section (3), he/she shall No complaint can be filed under this sub-section.
