: (1) No member or employee of the commission formed after the implementation of this Act shall be able to acquire land in the name of himself or his family or in the name of any other person on behalf of himself or his family when the land in the development area is resold and distributed in accordance with this Act. .
(2) If anyone acquires land against sub-section (1), the said land shall be confiscated and shall be in accordance with prevailing Nepalese laws.
