(1) According to section 5, the officer conducting preliminary proceedings shall post one copy of the notice in the following offices or places for the information of interested persons:
(a) Places where there is more movement of general public in the vicinity of the concerned land,
(b) concerned rural municipality or municipal office,
(c) If the house and any compound in question are to be acquired, the walls of such house or the compound. The desired number of employees or workers can enter the related land or house compound:
(a) To take measurement map or survey of such land,
(b) To collect samples of soil, stone etc., dig pits or bore holes to ascertain whether such land is suitable for acquisition,
(c) to set aside such land as may be deemed expedient to acquire, to erect a fort, fort, or in any other way target
(d) installing or erecting any equipment necessary for carrying out any work related to clause (a) or (b).
(3) If any crop or tree planted on such land has to be cut or uprooted or any fence or wall has to be removed or demolished while carrying out any work during clause (a) to clause (d) of sub-section (2), after obtaining the order of the officer conducting the preliminary action, any A person can do that work and while doing such work, it must be done in the presence of the concerned person.
