(1) The person who has obtained the land permit necessary for the implementation of the project should make the arrangements himself.
(2) If a person who has received a permit in accordance with sub-section (1) makes a request to the board for the acquisition of land, the board will facilitate the acquisition of such land in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) The person who obtained the permit shall bear the compensation and compensation according to the prevailing law when acquiring the land according to subsection (2).
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if necessary for the implementation of the project, the land owned by the Government of Nepal may be leased or restored by the Board with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(5) According to sub-section (3), for the purpose of distribution of compensation for land acquired by the Nepal Government for a project, the Government of Nepal may set up a land acquisition fund to remain on the board and distribute the land compensation through that fund.
(6) The amount of compensation distributed from the fund under sub-section (5) may be submitted to the Government of Nepal by the person who received the permit as mentioned in the agreement.
