10. Sale and distribution of land

(1) Apart from what is written in Rule 9, the committee may sell and distribute the land acquired from the Government of Nepal for the purpose of the plan to any organization or person for residence or other work according to the purpose specified in the plan.
(2) While selling and distributing the land according to sub-rule (1), the committee shall determine the reasonable price of the land on the basis specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 9.
