(1) According to section 9, if there is any reason for not getting his land within seven days from the date of posting the notice, apart from the road deadline, the land owner concerned should appeal to the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs through the office of the local authority. can If the Mohi has built a concrete house with the approval of the land owner, such Mohi will also be entitled to file a complaint in accordance with this sub-section in relation to such house and the land discussed by that house. Before doing so, the decision should be made after understanding the opinion of the officer who conducts the preliminary action and, if necessary, the local officer. The Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs hearing the complaint according to the section shall have the same rights as the district court.

(4) The decision of the complaint according to sub-section (2) should be made within fifteen days of receiving such complaint.
