(a) Documents confirming the reasonable and sufficient reasons for the land lease- or transfer,
(b) When leasing or transferring, the commitment to transfer the agricultural farm, industry, establishment, company or organization from the lease in such a way that it is not contrary to the purpose of the lease,
(c. In the plan and acknowledgment of the proposed land purchase plan so that the land use is subject to the current law on land use and the production of the former does not decrease after the transfer of the lease or transfer,
(d) In the confession with the assurance that the area of ​​land will not be less than the land used by him in the past,
(e) on admission not less than the number of employments being provided at the time of commencement of this rule,
(f) An environmental study report approved in accordance with the prevailing law regarding the environmental impact of the place to be leased or relocated,
(G) Letter of recommendation of the body registering such agricultural farm, industry, establishment, company or organization.
