When land is acquired in accordance with this Act, if the person who owns the entire land at the place where such land is acquired wants to take the land for compensation, any land owned by Ailani or the Government of Nepal or the Government of Nepal has arrangements for sale and distribution in accordance with prevailing laws. If available, the Government of Nepal can give such land in exchange.
