Rule 13
Land Encroachment Program
(1) The provincial government may prepare and implement the basis, standards and implementation plan related to land consolidation, settlement development, collective farming and cooperative farming.
(2) For the purpose of modernization, mechanization, commercialization of agriculture, cooperative farming, collective farming and public farming, the local level may conduct the chaklabandi program by unifying the parcels of land that are connected to the border with the consent of the respective landowners.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), in the case of demarcation of agricultural land, in accordance with the criteria determined by the local level, necessary amendments can be made to the map in order to adjust the geometrical shape of the land subject to the prevailing law with the consent of the concerned land owner.
