Rule 41J
Identification and selection of land:
(1) Rule 41b. The identification and selection of the place to provide land to the landless Dalits or landless squatters who have settled or settled on the land mentioned in sub-rule (4) shall be done by the local level in consultation with them.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the concerned local level is unable to identify or select the place to provide land to the landless Dalits and landless squatters, the commission will coordinate with the provincial government to identify and select such a place.
