Rule 24E
Maintaining land value
(1) If the price is fixed by mutual agreement between the land owner and Mohi when the price determination committee determines the price of the land, the same price, if the price is not fixed, the record of the price fixed for the purpose of registration from the relevant land office and if any land is sold around the said land, when the sale is made. The price will be determined on the basis of the amount of the bag.
(2) While determining the price of the land according to sub-rule (1), the price determination committee may consider the opinion of the concerned village development committee or municipality as necessary and may also conduct an on-site study and survey of the land.
