(1) The local level shall update the land use area classification in the land owner registration certificate and land owner registration certificate of each parcel of land within its boundaries according to the land use area classification map.
(2) For the purpose of updating as per sub-rule - (1), the local level shall send in writing to the concerned land office and surveyor's office.
(3). According to sub-rule (2), if it comes in writing from the local level, the land registry office and the land surveyor office shall open and update the land use area classification of each piece of land in the land owner _ register and related electronic records and inform the local level.
(4) The local level shall publish a notice for the information of the general public to update the land use and area classification in the land owner registration certificate. (5) After the publication of the notice according to sub-rule (4), the land owner shall apply to the land office along with a copy of his land owner registration certificate to update the land use area classification in the land owner registration certificate.
(6) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (5), the concerned land office shall declare the classification of land use area in the land-use registration certificate in accordance with the updated land-owner registration list as per sub-rule (3).
(7) If the owner of the land that has not been updated in accordance with this rule submits any tax or duty for such land in the land owner registration certificate updated according to sub-rule (1), the local level shall collect the tax or duty according to the land use area classification mentioned in the records and update such land owner registration certificate. It should be sent to the office.
(8) According to sub-rule - (7), if a land owner wants to increase the land use area, the concerned land office shall declare the land use area of ​​each parcel of land in his land owner registration certificate.
(9) According to this rule, the records of the details related to the classification of land use areas shall be kept by the customs office.
