Rule 24B
A land owner or mohi has to apply to get his share of land allotted

(1) Rule 24A. If the joint application of the land owner and the Mohi cannot be received, if either the landowner or the Mohi wants to take the land under the Mohi by demolition, he shall open the same and submit an application to the land reform officer in the form of Schedule-19 (b) along with all the related evidence.
(2) If there is any application as per sub-rule (1), the land reform officer shall send the other party within fifteen days excluding the time limit of the road and inspect the land to be redeveloped as per the need after examining the related registration and evidence in the land registry office and surveyor office and After understanding the opinion of the concerned village development committee or the municipality, the land owner and the mohi should be leniently reconciled and the land should be divided so that it is half and half and the cost of the mohi should also be reduced.
