Rule 41L
Removal from land:
(1) The Commission shall dispose of the land mentioned in sub-section (4) of the Act, Rule 41B. or 41c. If you live on land more than the area mentioned in Rule 41t. Landless Dalits, landless squatters or unorganized dwellers who do not vacate their land as per the above shall be given a maximum period of three months to vacate the land or to vacate the land and public notice shall be published.
(2) Landless Dalits, landless squatters or unorganized residents who do not move or vacate from such land within the time limit as per sub-rule (1) will be removed from such land by the commission with the help of the concerned local level-police.
(3) For the purpose of sub-rule (2), if the Commission requests assistance, the concerned local level and the police shall provide such assistance.
