(1) If there is a Mohi on the land where the control point is erected, the Mohi and if there is no Mohi, the land owner must do all the best to protect the control point.

(2) Divine If the control point location is damaged in any way or moved or destroyed or defaced, unless it is proved otherwise, the person having responsibility according to sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have damaged or moved or destroyed or damaged the control point location.
