:
(1) Section 26C of the Act. According to this, if the land owner and the Mohi by mutual agreement want to take the land in installments or if they want to take the amount for the land that they have agreed to take and deduct the cost of the entire land to the Land Owner or the Mohi, then those matters should be disclosed in the format as per Schedule-19 (A) A joint application should be submitted to the concerned land reform officer.
(2) If there is an application under sub-rule (1), the land reform officer, upon examining the evidence attached to the application, if found to be appropriate, destroy the land according to the request of the petitioners or keep the entire land in one person's name and deduct the cost of the mohi.
