If the Nepal Government has used any land for any public work, even if such land has not been acquired in accordance with this Act, if the concerned land owner has consented, compensation or compensation for that land may be determined in accordance with this Act. After the compensation or compensation is determined in this way, the land will be considered as having been acquired in accordance with this Act.
