The arrangement related to the distribution of assets or instruments abroad deemed to be confiscated according to this Act and assets or instruments in Nepal deemed to be confiscated according to the final decision of a competent court of any country shall be in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Nepal and the relevant country. But in the absence of such an agreement, it will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
