(1) The offender shall immediately pay the penalty imposed in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if such offender fails to pay such fine immediately, if any property is given as a surety for that, the court may order that the fine be paid in maximum three installments so that such amount is paid within one year.
