(1) Any organized organization that wants to operate a chartered Nepalese ship in its own possession must register its business in the office with a copy of the certificate of registration as an organized organization. Organized organizations that are not registered accordingly will not be allowed to operate watercraft business.
(2) Any organization that has not registered its business to operate a ship in accordance with this rule will not be provided with special facilities related to the development of shipping business provided by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(3) In order to register a business in accordance with this rule, an application should be submitted in the format as per Schedule-8 and if such an organization has obtained the qualification of Section 28 of the Act, a certificate as per Schedule-9 will be provided.
