Rule 41
Check Pass Certificate Deferred
(1) Before the expiry of the period mentioned in the inspection pass certificate issued in accordance with Sections 91 and 92 of the Act, the owner or manager of the vehicle concerned shall submit an application to the relevant office in the format as per Schedule-44 to suspend the inspection pass certificate by showing that the vehicle cannot be driven.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if there is an application to suspend the test pass certificate, the office will carry out the necessary investigations and if it deems it appropriate to suspend the test pass certificate, it will be postponed.
