(1) According to Section 90 of the Act, the manager or owner of the vehicle who wants to get a vehicle inspection pass certificate must submit an application in accordance with Schedule-40 to the relevant office along with the receipt for inspection pass according to Section 90 of the Act.
(2) If a request is made as per sub-rule (1), the office shall conduct a necessary inspection of the vehicle in accordance with the inspection pass detail form as per Schedule-41 through the relevant technician and if the conduct according to the inspection pass detail form is found to be correct, then it shall be subject to the Act and other arrangements mentioned in this regulation, Schedule-42 Examination pass certificate should be given in the following format.
(3) While the validity period of the inspection pass certificate issued as per sub-rule (2) is still valid, if any authorized vehicle officer, traffic inspector or the relevant traffic police does not find it to be in good condition during the inspection, they may give fifteen days for the necessary maintenance of the said vehicle and within that period, the maintenance of the vehicle If the maintenance is not done, an additional fifteen days can be given and it will be the duty of the owner and manager of the vehicle concerned to carry out the maintenance within that period.
(4) Such vehicle shall not be driven without carrying out necessary maintenance within the period given under sub-rule (3).
