(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and appoint an inspector or form a committee to investigate the work of the institute.
(2) The inspector appointed as per sub-section (1) or the committee constituted may examine all the books and documents of the institute.
(3) The procedure to be adopted and the conditions to be followed during the investigation by the inspector appointed as per sub-section (1) or the committee to be formed shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
