(1) If a complaint is received in accordance with Rule 9 in relation to any work of election in a constituency or polling station or any work affecting the cleanliness, independence or fairness of the work of voting or if the Commission receives information about such matter in this regard According to sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Act, the Commission may depute any commissioner, secretary or any other officer for the purpose of investigation. While investigating the matter, the following actions may be performed:-
(a) inspecting the scene of the incident and collecting physical evidence related to the subject matter,
(b) making inquiries with the person who has direct information about the incident,< /p>
(c) Inquiring with the political party, candidate or person related to the incident,
(d) Getting information about the incident from the Election Officer, Chief District Officer, Polling Officer and other related staff,

(e) To perform other actions necessary to find out the truth of the incident or matter.
(3) According to sub-rule (1) received by any commissioner, secretary or officer for investigation according to sub-rule (2) After analyzing the information and evidence, the report shall be submitted within the time specified by the commission.
(4) If the commission is convinced that the report according to sub-rule (3) has affected the fairness or independence of the election or voting process in any constituency or polling station. The Commission may cancel such election or polling after disclosing the matter.
(5) If an election or polling is canceled according to sub-rule (4), the election officer shall arrange for re-voting in accordance with the prevailing law in that place.
