(1) If the Chief Justice feels that any employee working in the court has committed irregularities in the work of the court, or if he receives a complaint or information in this regard through any means, the Chief Justice may summon any gazetted officer working in the court for investigation.
(2) The officer assigned for investigation according to sub-section (1) shall submit a report with his opinion to the Chief Justice within seven days of completion of the work entrusted to him.
(3) If it is found from the report received according to sub-section (2) that there is any irregularity on the part of any employee, it shall be sent in writing to the relevant agency or officer to take necessary action against such employee.
