(1) The party shall inform the Commission within 30 days of any change or amendment in its name, constitution, rules, seal, flag or symbol, change of officers and other matters as specified by the Commission.
(2) After receiving the information according to sub-section (1), the Commission, upon conducting the necessary study and investigation in this regard, shall take such action in accordance with the constitution, this act or the rules made under this act and the party's constitution, in the case of names, statutes, rules, seals, flags or signs. The record should be kept and if there is a change in the office holder, it should be updated as specified.
(3) If the information provided under sub-section (1) is related to the manipulation of the office bearer, the Commission shall modify and update the details of the respective party in the party registration book accordingly.
