(1) If a child is seriously ill or needs to be kept in the hospital for more than forty-eight hours due to serious injuries, or if the child needs to be treated in the child correctional home, arrange for the treatment of such children and provide prompt information to the parents, guardians or other family members. will fall (2) If the information as per sub-rule (1) cannot be given to the concerned parents, guardians or other family members, the child reform home shall give the information through public communication.
(3) The information as per sub-rule (1) and the notification as per sub-rule (2) shall be given to the District Judiciary Committee and that information shall also be included in the personal details of the concerned children.
