Section 99
Securities should not be traded fraudulently or fraudulently
Knowing that any statement is false or misleading, or knowing that such statement is false or misleading due to the omission, concealment or omission of something in the statement, encourages anyone to buy or sell securities on the basis of such statement, or induces the price of securities to decrease, increase or remain stable.
