Section 98
Fraudulent Transactions
Any person who engages in the following transactions for the purpose of buying, selling or exchanging securities with anyone shall be deemed to have committed fraud:- (a) if any technique, scheme or act is used to deceive anyone, or (b) if any person is made to do any work or to be employed to deceive any person.
