: (1) Rule 26A. After determining the price under sub-rule (2), the committee has to give loans without reducing the rate, and when selling the excess inventory, it can sell at the increased rate. For the purpose of this matter, the price will be determined once a year. (2) According to sub-section (1), if the commodity balance cannot be sold at the determined price, it should be done according to the decision of the Government of Nepal.
