An employee of the Government of Nepal, State Government or local level employed in the work of any election, any employee of any organization owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or the State Government or operated with the grant of the Government of Nepal, security personnel, teachers or employees of a university or community school, in the freedom, cleanliness and fairness of the election. The Commission may remove such employee, security personnel or teacher from their responsibilities related to the election if they do any act that is offensive.
(2) If an employee, security guard or teacher needs to be suspended due to the situation as per sub-section (1), the commission itself may immediately suspend or recommend suspension to the relevant authority.
(3) If a recommendation is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the concerned officer shall take necessary action related to the suspension of such employee, security personnel or teacher within forty-eight hours and provide the information thereof to the Commission.
