Section 29

<br> deemed to be establishment of District Court and appointment to the post of District Judge

District Courts existing at the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established under this Act (2) The District Judges working in the existing District Courts at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been automatically appointed to the corresponding District Court.
