(1) The meeting of the district committee shall be held three times in a year on the date, time and place determined by the chairman and if necessary, the meeting may be held more times.
(2) The district committee may invite an expert to participate as an observer in the meeting of the district committee as per the need.
(3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the District Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the District Committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the district committee will be chaired by the chairman of the committee. In the absence of the chairman, a member chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the district committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the district committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the committee and made available to all members for information.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the District Committee shall be as determined by the District Committee itself.
