(1) The meeting of the District Water Resources Committee will be held at the time, date and place specified by the Chairman.
(2) The Chairman of the District Water Resources Committee will preside over the meeting. In the absence of the chairman, a person chosen by the members of the District Water Resources Committee from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the District Water Resources Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(4) When a matter is discussed and voted on in the District Water Resources Committee, the vote of two-thirds of the members present shall be considered as the decision of the District Water Resources Committee.
(5) The decision of the District Water Resources Committee shall be certified by the Member Secretary of the District Water Resources Committee (6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the District Water Resources Committee shall be as determined by the District Water Resources Committee itself.
