: (1) According to section 47 of the Act, the formation of the District Child Justice Committee in each district shall be as follows:- (a) The most senior district judge of the concerned district - the presiding judge [b) the chief district member officer of the concerned district [c ) Coordinator of the Judicial Committee of the local level at the headquarters of the district H Yoj _ member (d) District Attorney of the concerned district - member (e) District Police of the concerned district - member Head of the office (f) concerned; President of the District Bar - Member Association of the district (g) 8 representatives of the organizations of the respective district working in the field of children _ d Three members including at least one woman (h) Child psychologist of the respective district - one member (j) From among the social workers of the respective district - one member < br> (h) Child welfare of the concerned district -- one person from among the member officers (k) Probation officer of the concerned district - Member [l) Child correction within the concerned district - Head of the member home [d) Mrestedar, District Court Member-Secretary
(2) Candidates who have the following qualifications may be nominated as members under clauses (g), (j) and (j) of sub-rule (1) 22
(a) Having at least a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University,
(b) has worked for at least three years in the field of child rights or juvenile justice, and
(c) Not having been convicted of a criminal offence.
(3) The chairman of the District Juvenile Justice Committee shall nominate the members as per Clauses (g), (h), (f) and (h) of sub-rule (1).
(4) The term of office of a member nominated as per sub-rule (3) shall be two years and he may be re-nominated.
(5) The District Juvenile Justice Committee may invite persons related to Juvenile Justice to the meeting of the committee as required.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the District Juvenile Justice Committee shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
