9. Meetings and Decisions of the District Committee:

(1) Meetings of the District Committee will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the district committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If at least more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the District Committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) In the meeting of the district committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the vote of the chairman shall be considered decisive.
(5) The district committee may invite any employee, official or person to the meeting of the committee as per the requirement.
(6) Other procedures related to district committee meetings may be determined by the committee itself.
