(1) It shall be the duty of every member of the family to nurture and care for senior citizens according to their economic status and income.
(2) Unless the senior citizens take their share and live apart from the family or want to live, the family member of their choice should keep them with them and take care of them.
(3) No one should force a senior citizen to live separately from his family against his will.
(4) If the financial situation of a senior citizen or a member of the family who takes care of him is poor, the other members of the family must arrange for the maintenance and care of such a senior citizen, even if he does not keep such a senior citizen with him.
(4a) Special protection and social security shall be arranged as prescribed to promote the maximum welfare of helpless senior citizens.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, any member of the family, relative or owner who uses or uses the movable or immovable property of a senior citizen shall keep him with him and take care of him.
